1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Panacea Clinic’s website, booking system, or attending any services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to book or receive treatment unless attending a permitted training course with written consent.
2. Services Provided
Panacea Clinic offers:
• Aesthetics (injectables, PRP/PRF, mesotherapy, biorevitalisation)
• Massage therapy (therapeutic, pregnancy, lymphatic)
• Phlebotomy & blood tests
• Ultrasound diagnostics (coming soon)
• Training & courses (phlebotomy, aesthetics)
• Facials, peels, skincare and wellness treatments
3. Website Access
We may suspend or update the site without notice. We are not liable if the site becomes unavailable.
4. Intellectual Property
All text, images, training materials and protocols belong to Panacea Clinic. Personal, non-commercial use only. No redistribution or modification without written permission.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Panacea Clinic provides cosmetic, wellness and training services. We do not offer emergency medical care, diagnosis, or GP services. Website information is not medical advice.
6. Payments
We accept:
• Cash
• Credit/debit cards
• Online pre-payments
• Bank transfer (for courses)
• Contactless, Apple Pay, Google Pay
We do not store card details. Full payment or pre-payment may be required before treatment.
7. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after payment. You must provide correct personal details.
8. Cancellations, Lateness & No-Show
A. Standard Appointments
• Free cancellation: more than 24 hours before appointment.
• Late cancellation (24–3 hours): £50 fee.
• Cancellations under 3 hours or failure to attend: charged as a No-Show (£50–£120 depending on service).
• 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling. 20+ minutes late may be considered a No-Show.
B. Training Courses
• Free cancellation: 7 days prior.
• 7–2 days: 50% refund.
• Under 48 hours or no-show: no refund.
C. Blood Tests
• No refunds after samples are collected.
9. Refunds
Panacea Clinic processes refunds within 3 working days.
Your bank may take 7–10 working days to release funds.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Refunds are not provided for:
• Completed aesthetic treatments
• Healing response dissatisfaction
• Training once started
• Blood tests after sample collection
• Missed or late appointments beyond policy rules
10. Liability
Panacea Clinic is not liable for:
• Allergic reactions not disclosed
• Failure to follow aftercare
• Delayed healing or expected treatment reactions
• Loss or damage caused by external factors
This does not exclude liability for negligence causing serious harm.
11. Complaints Procedure
Stage 1 – Initial Review

Acknowledgement within 3 working days. Response within 20 working days.
Stage 2 – Management Review
A senior team member not involved in Stage 1 will review your case.
Stage 3 – External Options
You may seek further independent advice if dissatisfied.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Panacea Clinic complies with:

• Data Protection Act 2018
• Human Rights Act 1998
We store personal and clinical data securely. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data.
13. Accessibility
We welcome all visitors. Please contact us in advance if you require assistance.
Important information:
• Doors and corridors are not narrow.
• A wheelchair-adapted toilet is available.
• Step-free access is available, though some visitors may require support.
• Assistance animals are welcome.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. You are bound by the version active at the time of booking.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
