Cancellations, Lateness & No-Show
A. Standard Appointments
* Free cancellation: more than 24 hours before appointment.
* Late cancellation (24–3 hours): £50 fee.
* Cancellations under 3 hours or failure to attend: charged as a No-Show (£50–£120 depending on
service).
* 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling. 20+ minutes late may be considered a No-Show.
B. Training Courses
* Free cancellation: 7 days prior.
* 7–2 days: 50% refund.
* Under 48 hours or no-show: no refund.
